Kara offers both private and semi-private yoga classes. If you want one-on-one attention that is sure to help you improve your form and deepen your practice, private sessions are the perfect way to go. Private sessions are available in Kara’s yoga studio in the Broadmoor Bluffs area of Colorado Springs or online so you can join from wherever you are.

Semi-private classes still offer personalized attention, just alongside friends! Enjoy yoga together in Kara’s amazing studio or in one of her online classes. Semi-private classes are better than the yoga classes that are jammed packed at the gym or in a studio where you could feel lost in the crowd.

Online Yoga Classes

Online Yoga classes offer another opportunity to participate in powerful stretching and strength building from any location. Online classes are taught via group Skype and are open to men and women. Studio Mixed Level Yoga

This class is a great balance of stretching, strength building, inspiration and relaxation. The class is taught in a flow style with modifications available to fit all fitness and Yoga practice levels. It is recommended that participants in Mixed Level Yoga have at least some experience with Yoga prior to taking the class. Group studio classes are for women only.

Level 1 Yoga

Level 1 is for those that have completed the Beginning Yoga Workshop or are newer to Yoga but have some familiarity with it. We will spend extra time working alignment and getting stronger in our practice. A very safe place to ask questions and spend extra time working on the areas that you would like to see improvement in your practice.

Yoga Wake Up & Stretch

Combo Wake Up & Stretch combines studio and online classes and is perfect for men and women who want to get their morning started off right. Join in for inspiration and guidance through stretches that you do right in your own home or come to the studio for the same class. Men and women are invited to participate. The studio is open to 5 students, women only. Online is open for three men or women to join.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is designed for those that may not be able to get up and down easily and those who suffer from joint issues, thus requiring a slower paced class with extra one-on-one attention. Much of this class will be done using a chair. It makes Yoga accessible for everyone.

Online Mixed Level Yoga

This class is a great balance of stretching, strength building, inspiration and relaxation. The class is taught in a flow style with modifications available to fit all and Yoga practice fitness levels. It is recommended that participants in Mixed Level Yoga have at least some experience with Yoga prior to taking the class. Men and women are invited to participate in this class.

Powerflow

This class is designed for those who are comfortable with Yoga and are working on deepening their practice with more constant flow and aggressive poses. You will spend more time on challenging poses during these sessions, further enhancing your Yoga practice. Group studio classes are for women only.

Teen Yoga

The perfect yoga class for teen girls! An inspirational message will begin each class inspiring the girls to be confident in their bodies and proud of who they are – unique, special and valuable. Teen girls can join this fun, playful yoga session which will include breathing, poses, alignment and yoga principles that can be applied for a lifetime. Some yoga experience preferred, or completion of the Teen Yoga Workshop.

Workshops

Throughout the year Kara offers 8 session workshops. These workshops are available based on schedule and interest. If there is something you desire to be a part of, don’t hesitate to contact Kara so she can let you know when new workshops are starting or add classes to the schedule. Workshops are also great for groups of friends who want to practice together. Let Kara know and she will happily accommodate. All workshops are limited to 8 students.

Beginning Yoga Workshop

If you are interested in learning Yoga from the very beginning, this workshop is the perfect place to get started. For 8 sessions you will experience Yoga in a welcoming environment alongside other beginners. Come, ask your questions, and learn basic poses, alignment and the principles of Yoga.

Teen Yoga Workshop

This special yoga class is just for teen girls. Classes meet for 8 sessions and cover the basics of Yoga including breathing, poses, alignment and principles. Each class includes an inspirational message and stress relieving techniques specific to this age group. Classes are limited to 8 students.

Related Classes
