Yoga-Aromatherapy Mini Workshop

We will begin this mini yoga workshop with a 45- minute aromatherapy yoga practice, incorporating the use of essential oils into our yoga practice, and will follow with a 45-minute informational session on the therapeutic benefits and uses for essential oils.
