Women’s Beginning Yoga Workshop

This 4 week workshop is for women interested in learning Yoga from the ground up. It affords you the opportunity to learn Yoga in an unintimidating environment with all beginners where questions are welcome. If you have ever had the desire to learn Yoga this is the workshop for you. We will learn Yoga breathing, basic poses, alignment and the principles of Yoga. Class time will be on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from 5:30pm – 6:45pm and one Saturday at 10:30am. If you cannot attend all 8 sessions morning sessions, you can attend in the evening workshop if space is available, or make it up after the workshop in a regularly scheduled Yoga class. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to class or it is a loss. Please plan to bring water, a workout towel and a Yoga mat if you have one. If you do not have a mat, don’t purchase one before class starts. I will take some time to talk to educate you on Yoga mats. Please purchase your workshop package and then assign yourself into all of the following evening classes – 1/31, 2/2, 2/7, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23, 2/28 and Sat 2/25.
