Earth, Air, Water & Fire Yoga Series

You will not want to miss this exciting 4 week Yoga series starting this week in most classes. Week #1 we will be focusing on this amazing planet that we live on and the gifts of nature. We will be working with grounding poses and discusses being more grounded in our lives. Air week will be about creating space both in our practice and in our lives. Water week will teach the importance of being able and willing to flow and lastly fire week we’ll practice with determination, intention and drive. These themes will be offered in all class formats except Thursday 8:20am Wake Up & Stretch.
