In an effort to take away all excuses that you don’t have time to exercise, here is the first in a series I will be posting of Quickie Workouts you can do moving through your daily routine. How many times do you go up and down your hallway in a day? Do walking lunges every time. By adding it with the laundry overhead I am adding shoulder with the low body work. Go on, give it a try!
